School Counselor Certification

跟着“教育全球化”的未来趋势与世界校园在我国的加快速度进行开展，升学教导作业渐渐的变成了了校园运营机制中，影响校园可持续开展的一个要害环节。升学教导的人物更像是一个“人生规划师”，协助学生不断知道自己，并一步步变成更好的自己。

由ACT Global Sulotions、Cialfo大学请求服务渠道、及顶思TopSchools联合打造的《升学教导证书课程》，旨在为国内驻校升学教导教师供给必要的要害技术和常识结构，打造深度学习共同体的生态交流圈，然后更好的为学生供给升学教导和作业生涯规划教导。

The School Counselor Certification is a community-driven program established by ACT Global Solutions, Cialfo Pte Ltd, TopSchools, and a network of counselors to equip and certify school counselors, with the essential skills and knowledge to provide career and college guidance to their students.

Program Overview

课程时刻: 2020年4月30日-2020年6月29日

上课方法：线上课程（每周一节主修课程）

报名要求：仅限驻校升学教导，及校园其它与升学教导有关部门教师；合适有升学教导相关作业经历1-3年的从业人员

Course Duration: 30th April 2020 to 29th June 2020

Course Format: online Training (1 mandatory lesson per week)

Who can apply: or school counselors or staff member of a school ONLY; suitable for counselors or staff with 1-3years of counseling experience

结业要求

Graduation requirement

顺畅完结至少6个主修课程（共8个主修课程）并到达每门课程的相应要求（包含出勤率及依照要求提交课程作业，每门课程的课程要求略有不同）

Fulfillment of the completion requirements of at least 6 out of the 8 Mandatory Sessions (Attendance and any assignment provided; each session would have respectively specified completion requirements)

清华附中校长助理、升学教导中心主任

清华附中校长助理、升学教导中心主任，清华附中清澜山校园的学术参谋，原北京海淀凯文校园创校校长之一。曾为北京四我世界校区创校中心，出国留学教导作业室主任 。

我国最早开端重视并教导学生请求的驻校Counselor，美国NACAC（美国国家升学教导及选取招生联盟）成员、International ACAC（海外升学教导及选取招生联盟）成员、专业学术开展委员会委员。

北京海外升学教导联盟“升学教导研修院”BACC首任秘书长、ChinaICAC执行委员会委员。美国大学理事会College Board 全球世界参谋委员会参谋。美国国务院EducationUSA出色贡献奖取得者，WLSA（世界名中学联盟）出色贡献奖得主。

Shiny serves as the Assistant to Principal at Tsinghua University High School and Director of College Counseling, Academic Consultant of Tsinglan School, former Vice-Principal of Beijing Kaiwen Academy. Member of NACAC & International ACAC, (PD Committee member), Member of International Advisory Committee of the College Board, Winner of “Outstanding Contribution Award” from United States Department of States (Education USA), Special Advisor of United States Department of States(Education USA), Secretary-General of Beijing Academy for College Counseling. He is a residential staff of College Board Summer Institute of College Counseling at NYU Shanghai. Founding member of ChinaICAC, and member of international advisor board at IE in Spain.

Yi Liu (John)

Regional Coordinator for University and Career Counsellor in YCIS

John Liu在 YCIS (Yew Chung and Yew Wah International Schools)已作业七年, 在校园担任大学的区域协调员和作业生涯规划参谋。

在参加YCIS之前，John在台湾担任了4年的升学教导中心主任，并在纽约市一所Public Magnet School担任了7年的教务处主任。

John具有私立校园管理学硕士学位，哥伦比亚大学教育学院的硕士学位（Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University），雷曼大学纽约分校教育硕士学位（M.A. in Secondary Social Studies Education from CUNY, Lehman）。

John Liu is in his seventh year at YCIS (Yew Chung and Yew Wah International Schools), serves as the regional coordinator for university and career counselor. Before joining YCIS, John was the Director of College Counselling and Student Support in Taiwan for four years, and as the Dean of Students in a New York City public magnet school for seven years. John has an M.Ed in Private School Leadership, and an M.A. in Educational Policy and Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an M.A. in Secondary Social Studies Education from CUNY, Lehman.

Associate Director of Admission and Coordinator of International Admission at Denison University in Granville, Ohio

Bryce Benton现任俄亥俄州丹尼森大学的招生副主任兼世界招生协调员。在回到家园俄亥俄州之前，他曾担任加州大学圣克鲁斯分校（University of California，Santa Cruz）的世界学生招生事宜，并具有10年的美国大学留学请求的作业经历。

Bryce Benton is currently the Associate Director of Admission, and Coordinator of International Admission at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Prior to coming to Denison in his home state of Ohio three years ago, he managed the admission of international students at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and he has 10 years of experience working with international students applying to US colleges and universities. He also serves on the CIS Committee on Europe, Middle East, and Africa, the International ACAC Finance Committee, and the Cialfo Univeristy Advisory Board.
